'I chose the UvA, because I had heard that their Master’s programme was very hands on and practical. You get lots of live cases and companies visiting, which brings the study material to life and shows you how to apply the material into practice. Also the opportunity to pick and choose between quite a few courses, gives me the opportunity to not just follow marketing courses but also courses from other tracks.'
'What I like most is that the lectures really try to make the courses as interesting and interactive as possible. They invite people from global corporations such as Google or VodafoneZiggo to provide you with a case or give you recent articles to study.'
'I love studying in Amsterdam. The city is small enough to bike everywhere but big enough to still be able to discover new parts after living there for a few years. The advantage of studying in Amsterdam is that lots of companies have their offices here. Also, everybody speaks English and the Dutch are very open. I would love to do an internship next semester. Once I have completed the Master's programme I hope to have a job at an FMCG in either marketing or e-commerce.'
