Javier Leonor is a leading expert in the field of diversity and inclusion. As of 2026, he serves as Global Inclusion and Diversity Senior Manager at the international consultancy firm Accenture, where he leads the company’s global LGBTQ+ initiatives under the banner Pride at Accenture.
D&I has always fascinated me, and as a non-expert I wanted to develop more professional knowledge. The programme was well balanced, with a range of expert speakers in the field.
