The study programme

The Advanced LLM in International Tax Law is a full-time programme. This one year programme curriculum covers both the established framework of international tax law and emerging issues. A fundamental premise is that a proper understanding of this area of the law requires studying both the ‘big picture’ and the technicalities. Throughout the curriculum, a large focus is placed on practical case studies and technical meetings. Through your choice of elective courses and thesis topic, it is possible to obtain a specialisation in Transfer Pricing and Value Added Tax Law.
