Questions about enrolment and entry requirements
-
When can I apply if I want to study Business Administration starting in September 2023?
The national online registration system Studielink will be open from 1 October 2022 until 15 January 2023. This is the 1st step in your enrolment procedure. After registering in Studielink, the 2nd step is to submit an application through My Applications. Please make sure you to complete this step before the 15 January 2023 deadline. After submitting a complete application through My Applications, your eligibility for the Business Administration programme will be assessed by the Admissions Office.
To ensure you are eligible for selection and placement, please view the entry requirements.
-
How many places are available for this programme?
We offer 750 places.
-
Can you check my curriculum and tell me if I am eligible for admission?
We will check your curriculum as soon as we have received your complete application. We do not do pre-checks of your curriculum to see whether you are eligible. It is therefore initially up to your judgement to see if you meet the entry requirements.
-
I have relevant work experience, but I do not meet all academic requirements. Can I apply?
In order to be eligible, you have to meet the academic requirements as listed on the entry requirements page. Work experience can be an addition to, but no substitute for, the academic requirements.
-
Do I need specific grades on my diploma to meet the entry requirements?
If no specific grades are mentioned on the entry requirements page, you do not need to obtain specific grades to meet the entry requirements. You then only have to pass your exams to be eligible for admission.
In your application you need to upload your diploma and transcript, or an official transcript of your predicted grades. If it is not possible to upload a transcript of your predicted grades, ask your counselor for an official statement letter with an overview of the examination courses of your final year.
-
What do I need to do in my application and the selection?
- For your application you must submit a complete application through My Applications, in which you upload several documents. This is needed for the Admissions Office to determine whether your secondary schooling meets the entry requirements. Sometimes this check takes several weeks, and in rare cases even several months.
- For the selection you need to pick a test date in your Enrolment Checklist, and study for and complete the selection test.
An overview of the steps in your application and selection can be found in this infographic. It is important to know that the steps in your application and the selection process take place simultaneously. So make sure you take all steps to be able to start in the Bachelor's Business Administration.

You have 2.5 hours to complete the online test.

The selection test covers three topics: Mathematics, Economics and Strategy & Organisation. One week before the test you will get access to our digital learning environment Canvas. On Canvas, you find study materials and practice questions to prepare for the test.
-

To change your specified test date, you can contact the selection committee.
-

You cannot retake the selection test. Every participant can only take the test once.
-
I have uploaded my documents through My Applications and my previous education is sufficient, but I forgot to take part in the selection test. Can I start with the programme Business Administration?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. The result of both components (application process and selection process) must be positive in order to receive a ranking number and ultimately begin the programme.
-
When do I get my result of the selection test?
You will receive your ranking number on 15 April 2023. A few days before, we will already inform you about the outcome of your selection test.
-
I’m worried that the results of my selection test aren’t good enough to get through the selection procedure. What should I do?
Note that all students that participate in our selection procedure will receive a ranking number. We send out place offers from 15 April until 1 August. If you do not get an offer straight away, there is still a good chance you will receive a place offer on a later date.
-
My ranking number is 760, but I did receive an offer, is that correct? Or am I on the waiting list?
Every student that participated in the selection procedure will get a ranking number. We have 750 places available. Anyone who receives an offer has 14 days to accept or decline the offer. If no action is taken after 14 days, the offer will expire. As soon as an offer is declined or expired, a place becomes available for a new student. Your ranking number does not change, but even with ranking numbers above 750 it is possible to get an offer.
