Molecular Neurosciences
Investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms involved in brain development, function and disease.
Physiology of Synapses and Networks
Study how neurons and synapses communicate, how neural networks process information and how these processes contribute to learning, memory and behaviour.
Psychopharmacology and Pathophysiology
Investigate disease mechanisms using experimental models and pharmacological approaches to understand and treat neurological and psychiatric disorders.
Cognitive Neurobiology and Clinical Neurophysiology
Examine how brain activity gives rise to cognition and behaviour and how neurophysiological methods can be used to study healthy and disrupted brain function.
