The sounding board is a space where ideas and experiences are shared and where concrete steps are taken to promote an inclusive culture. Members of the sounding board hold various roles within the university, such as representative of an identity network, member of a participation body, lecturer, support staff member, student, or researcher. They all have an affinity with and/or expertise in themes relating to diversity and inclusion.
A number of smaller working groups exist on specific themes. These working groups may issue recommendations. In this way, the sounding board ensures that signals from practice are heard and taken into account in its advice.
