‘Finding a suitable accommodation in Amsterdam while you are still in your home country can be challenging. Several students move to better flats via Facebook groups after they arrive in Amsterdam. My first apartment was 700 euros, which is average or just above for private accommodation. If you share a flat with a couple of people, you may find a cheaper deal and closer to the city.’
