Mohcine Ouass has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the University of Amsterdam since 26 August 2022. The appointment, by the Minister of Education, Culture and Science, is for a period of four years.

Mohcine Ouass (1984) is a partner at the Amsterdam branch of consultancy firm McKinsey & Company, where he has held various positions since 2010. He currently leads the Dutch Financial Services Practice and the European Digital Business Building Practice, as well as assisting clients worldwide with their ambitions for growth and innovation.

Ouass is founder and chairperson of GameChangers Academy, an organisation that aims to improve the socio-economic position of bicultural Dutch people through leadership development and through interventions in education aimed at young children (for example, by improving study skills and self-confidence).

Ouass studied Dutch law at Tilburg University, followed a Master's degree in Corporate Law at Erasmus University and the MBA programme at INSEAD.
