Complaints procedure

We do our utmost to make sure that the job application procedure goes smoothly. If you do have a complaint about the application procedure, please share it in person or in writing with the faculty dean or head of the unit of the vacancy concerned.

If you not receive a response to your complaint, or if you feel the response is unsatisfactory, you can contact the Dutch Association for Personnel Management & Organisation Development (NVP).
