Psychologist Thijs Launspach and neurobiologist Brankele Frank take you under the bonnet of your mental wellbeing. Don’t expect airy pep talks, but humour, scientifically grounded insights, and immediately applicable exercises. Where is the wear and tear? How do you keep your mental engine running smoothly – and avoid only working on yourself once the engine has already broken down?
