The programme will combine thematic sessions, partner exchange and interactive networking, with a strong focus on strengthening existing Erasmus+ partnerships while also engaging partners with whom collaboration is emerging.

Themes will build on the Horizontal Priorities of Erasmus+ and may include topics such as Inclusion and Diversity, Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), Erasmus Without Paper and digitalisation, efficient Erasmus processes, KA171 cooperation, and preparations for the next Erasmus+ programme period. Final themes will be shaped by participants’ interests and available expertise.

Registration opens on 16 February and closes on 15 March 2026
