Loan application deadlines

Deadlines for finalized applications 1st semester:

• August 1st, 2025 – Access to Financial Aid in September
• September 1st, 2025 – Access to Financial Aid in October
• November 1st, 2025 – Access to Financial Aid in December

Deadlines for finalized applications 2nd semester:

• January 1st, 2026 – Access to Financial Aid in February
• February 1st, 2026 – Access to Financial Aid in March
• April 1st, 2026 – Access to Financial Aid in May

Last deadline to apply for (additional) Financial Aid in the 2025-2026 academic year: 1 April 2026. Your loan application needs to be finalized before this date.
