In 2015 ben ik begonnen bij het expertise-team Academische Vaardigheden en Studentgecentreerd Onderwijs (AV-SO). Binnen het team ben ik docent 3 en werk als onderwijsontwikkelaar en als docent voor o.a. Academische Vaardigheden, Miniscriptie, Immunologie, en mentor voor eerstejaarsstudenten.
Daarnaast ben ik coördinator van de selectie voor de opleiding Biomedische Wetenschappen en ben ik coördinator van de studieloopbaan oriëntatie binnen de opleiding.
Tevens ben ik docent-lid van de opleidingcommissie (OC) van Biomedische Wetenschappen.Ik ben gefascineerd door het immuunsysteem en regulatie van de immuunrespons en heb hier ook als promovendus onderzoek naar gedaan bij Sanquin Research.

Het expertise-team Academische Vaardigheden en Studentgecentreerd Onderwijs is een team dat, in samenwerking met de onderzoeksinstituten, docenten en vakcoördinatoren, bijdraagt aan het ontwikkelen, ondersteunen en verzorgen van kwalitatief hoogwaardig, innovatief, en research instensief onderwijs.
Binnen het team werken ervaren en gemotiveerde docenten met een wetenschappelijke achtergrond uit diverese onderzoeksvelden binnen de (medische) biologie.
Door middel van onze expertise en passie voor onderwijs willen wij zo goed mogelijk bijdragen aan talentontwikkeling van de student.
