Study programme
The Bachelor's in Sociology is a three-year full-time degree programme of 180 ECTS, with an average study load of 40 hours a week. In your first year you will have about eight hours of lectures and six hours of tutorial groups per week; the remaining time will be devoted to reading literature, doing research and writing papers and essays.

After graduation
During your bachelor you gain insight into pressing social issues, and you learn to improve them with your own policy solutions. A perfect preparation for the labour market! Society is always in need for sociologists, because they have the knowledge and skills to deal successfully with social problems we are facing today.
