About Frank Kleibergen

Frank Kleibergen is a leading researcher in econometrics. His work focuses on identification-robust methods. These techniques strengthen the reliability of econometric models, with applications in microeconometrics, panel data, asset pricing, and macro-monetary models. Before joining the University of Amsterdam, Kleibergen was Professor of Economics at Brown University (2003–2015). He earned his PhD in Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. This international recognition underlines his long-standing impact on the field and his ongoing contribution to advancing econometric research at the University of Amsterdam.
