Submit participation agreement/ pay first instalment of tuition fee after your acceptance

When you are accepted, it is necessary to confirm your application as an independent exchange student by signing the Participation Agreement and by making a down payment of €100 (first instalment tuition fee), so that we can start making arrangements for you such as housing and visa (if applicable).

Participation Agreement

Please make sure to fill out the participation agreement form and send it (together with your proof of payment) to the exchange office through our Digital Question Form within one week after your acceptance. The exact instructions will be sent to you by email.

First Instalment 

For processing your application we require a first instalment of the tuition fee of €100.
If you withdraw your application after sending us the Participation Agreement, the instalment will not be refunded (handling fee). The exact instructions will be sent to you by email.
