Who was/is your Role Model and why?

I don't have one specific name, to me Role Models are all Women who have aged gracefully. Women who never lost their curiosity, interest and drive to perform. In my own country, names like Hedy d’Ancona and Sonja Barend come to mind, more internationally Judi Dench and Iris Apfel.

These are a few examples, but luckily there are many more out there. Women who keep inspiring others with their work, style and energy. I think of them as Lifelong Leading Ladies.

What advice would you give your 17-year-old self, reflecting on your personal or professional  challenges, experiences or successes?

I would say more studying and less partying, although I have to admit that I very much enjoyed the partying 😊.
