As a graduate of this Master's track, you become a true scientist-practitioner ready to thrive in any organisation. Your specialised knowledge and skills are invaluable for shaping policies, implementing better practices, and providing expert consultation on Human Resource and Career management issues.

Certificates and registration  

After finishing this Master’s, you can use your knowledge and skills to tackle key issues in human resources and career management. If you also have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, this track entitles you to A&O NIP registration and allows you to obtain the BAPD certificate (Basisaantekening Psychodiagnostiek; NIP).

Please note that in the Netherlands, proficiency in Dutch is typically required for most BAPD internships and positions within companies.

Your diploma is not a farewell

After graduating, you don't have to say goodbye to the University of Amsterdam! We are happy to help you develop your career. You can join the young alumni programme, which will assist you in mapping out your career. And as an alumnus, you can also still use the Student Careers Centre.
