- Alongside the 6 general courses of the MSc Finance curriculum, you will take a course in corporate governance and three electives of your choosing. The electives cover topics such as valuation and behavioural finance.

In the Corporate Finance track we provide a framework for corporate financial decision making related to valuation, funding, corporate restructuring and corporate governance. In the programme the focus is on acquiring advanced knowledge and skills in the field of Corporate Finance. This programme is ideal for anyone interested in pursuing a career in corporate treasury departments, a consulting firm or investment banking divisions that advise companies, or venture capital funds. It also is a great track to prepare you in organising a start-up business model.
