With the central role organisations play in societies, it is essential to have a thorough understanding of communication processes within organisations and with their environment. Key themes central in this track are organisations’ social license to operate, organisational culture, dialogue and engagement, and crisis communication. You will also examine the role of the media in the construction of reputation and legitimacy, and corporate social responsibility communication.
