Communication Science

We offer seven Master's programmes to prepare students for a career in the broad field of Communication Science. You will focus on the dynamics and effects of media and communication in society and choose a Master's track to specialise in one of four areas.

Persuasive Communication

In the Master's in Persuasive Communication you will study a variety of marketing and health communication theories and learn how to apply these theories to challenging problems of consumer and health-related behaviour.

Entertainment Communication

The Master's in Entertainment Communication focuses on the experience and impact of entertainment media and technology among a range of different groups and individuals, within different social contexts. 

Corporate Communication

The Master's in Corporate Communication will give you a thorough understanding of the communication of both private and public organisations with their environment.

Political Communication

The Master's in Political Communication gives you an understanding of the role and significance of media, journalism and information in shaping public opinion.

Research Master's Communication Science

The Research Master's in Communication Science is a two-year degree programme especially developed for students with above-average aptitude and ambitions who would like to be at the forefront of the newest developments in understanding the role of communication and media in society.

Other programmes

This international Master's provides aspiring and practicing journalists with a critical understanding of their profession, to create more academically sound and globally minded media professionals. The programme offers students a unique experience of studying in two European countries.
