Study programme
In the Coaching & Vitality in Organisations track, you will gain in-depth knowledge in positive occupational health psychology and relevant professional skills. Questions such as the following are explored:
- Which proactive and preventative steps can you take to ensure ‘healthy’ career development?
- What can organisations do to contribute to job satisfaction and promote the long-term health and well-being of their employees?
- What are the causes and consequences of being absent at work and how can organisations prevent absenteeism?

Academic staff
The staff teaching in the Work and Organisational Psychology programme is internationally renowned for its research excellence. The chair of Work and Organisational Psychology is prof. dr. Astrid Homan.
Careers
The Coaching & Vitality in Organisations Master’s track prepares students for a career as an occupational and organisational psychologist or an occupational and health psychologist. The track also provides a sound basis for various other positions, such as:

- Reemployment and outplacement counselor
- Researcher on issues such as: vitality, healthy working conditions, and effective coaching techniques
