Kim Bierhoff is responsible for the PhD secretariat. She coordinates the registration process for external PhD candidates and the admission of PhD candidates by the Doctorate Board. She also coordinates the provision of information to PhD candidates, ensures the timely planning of progress and assessment interviews and acts as a point of contact for practical information. She is available Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays in room A7.10.
