The summerschool is open to local and international research-oriented master students, with students from the Master in Brain and Cognitive Sciences at the University of Amsterdam and Master students of the research master Psychology and Biomedical Sciences having preference for allocation. Students will be able to take this School for credits (3 EC). The official language of the School, including all lectures and activities, will be English.

Please mention the name of your programme and your university in the motivation area. The summerschool is also open to interested PhD students in the domains of Neuroimaging, Neurorehabilitation, Neuroelectronics, Biomedical Signal Processing. You can mention your background and topic in the motivation area.
Students who are enrolled in a Dutch Master's programme will be credited with 3 ECTS upon successful completion of the MBCS Summer School. They can participate in the MBCS Summer School and join the closing MBCS Symposium free of charge. For other EU or non-EU students, or interested others who are not currently enrolled in a Master's programme, a fee of € 375,- applies. This fee covers both the MBCS Summer School and the MBCS Symposium. Housing is not included. The deadline for applications is 1 June 2026.
Registration for the ABC symposium on June 25th is required for people that don’t take part in the summer school.
