Central Works Council
The Central Works Council (COR) is elected from the works councils of the seven faculties and the executive staff plus shared service units. The COR has rights of consent, advice, information and initiative.
In committees, the COR prepares certain issues in a smaller context, before they are discussed in a COR meeting. Committee meetings are public. For further information, you can contact the secretariat of the COR.
In close collaboration with the Finance committee, the Accommodations Committee is involved in the recommendations ensuing from the annual updating of the UvA Accommodations Plan.

In close cooperation with all COR members, the Communications Committee takes care of the provision of COR information and communication. One of the focal points is more visibility of the COR and exchange of knowledge between (OR) colleagues.
