Change is a fact of life for today’s organisations. In order to survive, organisations should adapt to these changes. How can organisations successfully manage organisational change? How can we help and promote cooperation between individuals in organisations? What to do with conflicts or resistance that may arise? In this track, you will learn how you can help organisations to manage organisational change, how to develop teams, how to manage conflicts between individuals, and process improvements. You will also develop your practical consulting skills.
